JBEA CE Quiz Tutorial - Part Two: Taking the Quiz

Below are the steps that an attendee goes through to take the JBEA webcast CE quiz. Once registered, you are ready to take the quiz.

1.

 

Start the quiz by clicking on the link.

If you receive 'There is a problem', the most likely cause is that you have not registered to attend the webcast or webcast archive. This is a mandatory element to taking the quiz.

Contact the Data Services Department at ASPPA at 703.516.9300 to resolve.

Next is a quick set of directions. Please review.

When you are ready to proceed, click 'Start Test'.

Questions will be True/False. Click on the circle next to the answer you choose. Click 'Next'.

You can skip the question and come back to it by clicking on 'Next' without selecting an answer.

You can move back ot the previous question by clicking on 'Previous'.

You can review unanswered questions by clicking on 'Review Unanswered Questions'.

When you reach the last question, you will see the button 'Finished'. Make sure you have answered all questions - if you have left some blank and submit the quiz, they are graded as such.

If you are ready to finalize the quiz, click 'Finished'.
7.

Upon submitting the quiz, you are asked to validate your attendance of the webcast. Click 'OK'.

If you cannot validate this, then click 'Cancel'. You will be sent back to the quiz and you can close out from there.

8.

The summary will include your score and Pass/Fail. Print out the summary page using one of the 'Print Page' buttons, as this serves as your certificate of completion for the actual JBEA CE credit.

If you do not print this page and need a printout at a later date, there is a $10 charge.
