To send a question to the speaker, select 'Send Question' in the bottom control window. A small chat window will open; enter your question, then select 'Submit Question'.

The question is then forwarded to the speaker and if time allows, may be addressed verbally at the end of the show. If not, questions are usually submitted to the speaker for answers and the resulting Q&A sheet is posted on the Web for attendees to review.

At the conclusion of the show, you may leave the presentation by closing the viewing window.

A survey will then appear; we encourage you to complete this prior to leaving. The feedback from the surveys are used in planning future webcasts.
