Below are the steps that an attendee goes through to attend a typical webcast. Please note: the show is usually not available until approximately one hour prior to the advertised show start time. This is meant as a graphic tutorial and may not be interactive. Specific instructions and passcodes are sent to registered attendees for each individual show.

1.

Open a new browser window and start the presentation software.

At this time, we strongly recommend using Internet Explorer, version 5.5 or higher.

For best viewing, we recommend setting the monitor resolution to 600x800.

2.

Once you are at PresentPlus, select 'Click Here for Attendee Log In' (highlighted).

This will open the Web conferencing page.

3.

To login, enter the Show Code, the remaining information, and then click on 'Login'.

This will start the presentation software. In rare cases, you will see a gateway window open, but not the show itself. In that case, click on the 'CLICK HERE' link to open the presentaiton window.

4.

This represents the starting screen. There will be a set of pre-show slides that automatically rotate on the screen. All attendees will see this.

As attendees log into the presentation, the slides are pre-cached onto their computer (i.e., downloaded) to make the presentation quicker.

5.

Once you have logged into the Web portion of the webcast successfully, you can dial into the audio portion using the information that was included in the invitation sent to registered attendees.

After connecting, you must make sure that if you are listening on a speakerphone that the phone is muted – your audio will be erratic otherwise.
