IRS Q&A Submission Form

Use this form if you are an ASPPA member (or ASPPA Conference attendee) to submit question(s) to the ASPPA Government Affairs Committee; the questions will be presented to government representatives during our Q&A sessions at the various conferences throughout the year.

Please be as complete and specific as possible when asking your questions. We d rather have you give us too much information than too little. We would prefer that you provide your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you if we have questions about your question, but you may submit anonymously if you wish. No names will be shared with any government representatives. If you include your email address, a copy of the submitted question will be emailed back to you.

Generally, you will not get individual responses to your questions (but that may happen occasionally). We expect that the questions will be addressed at our various conferences. We hope to also build a searchable Web site database of questions and answers. This should enable you to review the answers to questions even if you can t attend every meeting.
